Tisztelt Hágai Nemzetközi Bíróság!
Alúlírott, Kásler Árpád (született 1972. év júliús hó 1. napján, Déván, a.n. Lukács Emília, magyar állampolgár, személyi azonosító jel 1720701 0231) A Banki Adósok Érdekvédelmi Szervezetének képviselőjeként,amely társadalmi szervezetet a Békés Megyei Bíróság a 2817. szám alatt nyilvántartásba vett.
A Banki Adósok Érdekvédelmi Szervezete mint felperes megbízásából az alábbiak tárgyában és az alábbi keresettel fordulok a Tisztelt Hágai Nemzetközi Bírósághoz.
I. A magukat „Magyar Kormánynak és Parlamentnek” nevező hatalombitorlók az elmúlt húsz esztendőben Magyarországot kifosztották és gyarmati sorba süllyesztették. Ezért hazaárulásuk, felhatalmazás nélküli hatalomgyakorlásuk, a közvagyon intézményesített eltulajdonítása és átjátszása, valamint népellenes cselekmények bűnszervezetben történő sorozatos elkövetése miatt ellenük feljelentéssel élek.

1./ Magyarország 1944. március 19-én a német csapatok bevonulásával elveszítette függetlenségét. A II. világháború befejezését követően az ország szovjet megszállás alá került, és ott is maradt 1991. június 30-ig.
Magyarország jelenlegi „ideiglenes” Alkotmányának elődje 1949-ben került bevezetésre. 1949 tavaszán a Magyar Függetlenségi Népfront tömörülés céljaként a proletárdiktatúra, a munkás-paraszt hatalom megteremtését és a szocializmus építését jelölte meg. Az 1947-es választásokon csak a Szovjetunió magyarországi kiszolgálóinak jelöltjei indulhattak. A szovjet megszállás alatt bekövetkezett hatalmi változások 1949-re elvezettek a politikai és kormányzati rendszer teljes átalakításához. Ez fejeződött ki az 1949. évi XX.tv.-ben (Alkotmányban) is, amely az 1936. évi buharini alkotmány mintájára készült a Magyarországon „ideiglenesen” állomásozó szovjet csapatok háttértámogatásával.
2./ Negyven év diktatúra után a még kádári Magyarországon, az 1989. szeptember 18-án aláírt megállapodást követő hónapban a bolsevik nómenklatúra Országgyűlése feszített munkával törvénybe iktatta a frissen alakult, tagságot szinte teljesen nélkülöző pártok által kialakított Nemzeti Kerekasztal és az Magyar Szocialista Munkáspárt között folytatott tárgyalások eredményeit. A megállapodások többségét változatlan formában fogadták el. A folyamat megkoronázásaként 1989. október 23-án Szűrös Mátyás az Országház erkélyéről kikiáltotta a Magyar Köztársaságot.
Mihail Gorbacsov, a Szovjetunió kommunista pártjának főtitkára, „peresztrojkát” hirdetett, mely a Szovjetunió, a Varsói Szerződés és a KGST széthullását eredményezte. A felszabaduló nemzetállamok előtt megnyílt az út, az alkotmányos rendjük helyreállítására, de Magyarországon nem ez történt! Hazánk az egyetlen a volt szocialista országok közül, ahol olyan alkotmány van hatályban, amely katonai megszállás alatt jött létre. 1989-ben csak politikai értelemben szakítottunk a korábbi rendszerrel, alkotmányos szempontból nem!
3./ A magyar gondolkodás szerint az Alkotmányt nem az aktuális hatalom diktálja tetszése szerint. A hatalom alkotmányos legitimációja nem valamely pillanatnyilag kialakult, többségi elvű legalitásra támaszkodik, hanem a kulturális, identitásbeli örök emberi alkotmányos igazságoknak, alkotmányos értékeknek való megfelelést, megfelelési törekvését jelenti!
4./ A Szent Korona 1978-as hazaszállítása felveti a magyar történelmi közjog újraértékelésének, a nyugat-európai jogi formákkal és értékekkel együttes, méltó kezelésének nemcsak lehetőségét de kötelességét is! Elemi igényű követelmény azt, hogy Magyarország Szent Koronája – a főhatalom teljességét jelentő és jelképező, a társadalmi béke és egyensúly létrehozására és megtartására alkalmas különleges államszemélyiségként – megkapja soha meg nem szűnt jogalanyiságának elismerését!
5./ A kommunista hatalom korábbi képviselői „Alkotmányuk” alapján kizárták Magyarország népét a kormányzásból. Az az oligarchia, amely 1945 után megszerezte a hatalmat, 1989-ben is törvényesítette magát. Ez azt is jelenti, hogy a kommunista hatalom által elkövetett bűncselekmények és más jogszerűtlenségek is elévültek, de így az állam eladósítása vagy az államosítás, majd a spontán privatizáció is törvényessé vált és jogilag vitathatatlanná tették. A rendszerváltáskor elmaradt az alkotmányos tiszta lappal kezdés. Miután a múlt rendszert utólag törvényessé kívánták tenni, a közösség nem kapott alkotmányos lehetőséget, hogy a múlt egyes dolgain javítson, változtasson megmaradása érdekében. A mai rendszer szóban ugyan elítéli a régi rendszert, tetteivel mégis jogfolytonosságot vállal vele.
Kérem a jog és hatalom felhatalmazás nélküli bitorlóinak a Hágai Nemzetközi Bíróság elé állítását!
II. A Lisszaboni szerződést magyar részről aláírók ellen - akik minden fél által tudottan nem rendelkeztek nemzetközi szerződés aláírásához szükséges legitimációval – hazaárulásuk miatt feljelentéssel élek!
Indokolás:
1./ 2006 tavaszán Magyarországon országgyűlési képviselő választások zajlottak. A választások előtt a választópolgárok nem kapták meg a döntéshez szükséges információkat, a kormány arra való hivatkozással, hogy az alkalmas lenne az eredmények befolyásolására, elhallgatta a költségvetés állapotát, csak a számukra győzelmet hozó voksolás után ismerhette meg a lakosság a lehangoló adatokat. (A Btk 211. szakaszának e) pontja bűncselekményként határozza meg a választás során megtévesztéssel történő befolyásolást! Gyurcsány Ferenc miniszterelnök, és Veres János pénzügyminiszter, a választások előtt több médiában is kijelentették, hogy nem hozzák nyilvánosságra a költségvetés állapotát és a munkanélküli helyzet alakulását, ezzel a választási csalás és a választás megtévesztéssel történő befolyásolásának bűntettét követték el!)
A választásokon vesztes ellenzéki párt, a Fidesz a választási csalás miatt eljárást kezdeményezett, amely nem vezetett eredményre.
2./ 2006. szeptember 17-én a sajtóban napvilágot látott Gyurcsány Ferenc miniszterelnöknek a választások után egy hónappal elhangzott balatonöszödi beszéde (1.sz. melléklet), melyből kiderül, hogy hazugságok sorával hitette el a lakossággal, hogy az általa vezetett kabinet kormányoz, trükkök százaival keltette az ország stabilitásának látszatát. Magyarországon nem az európai mércének megfelelő eljárással maradt hatalmon a balliberális oldal, ami napvilágra kerülése után zavargásokat eredményezett a fővárosban. A tiltakozásokat brutális rendőri erőszakkal verték szét, aminek az EU tagállamok vezetői is tanúi lehettek, hiszen az 1956-os események évfordulójára 2006 októberében rendezett ünnepségsorozatról a külföldi delegációk a kialakult magas biztonsági kockázatra tekintettel idő előtt távoztak. (Egy év elteltével ezen államok vezetői mégis elfogadták a csalással és erőszakkal hatalomban maradtakat tárgyaló félként, ami felveti az uniós adminisztráció és a többi tagállam vezetőinek felelősségének kérdését is.)
3./ A Lisszaboni szerződést a magyar parlament képviselői – népszavazás nélkül - gyakorlatilag egyhangúlag elfogadták még az előtt, hogy a hiteles fordítást elolvashatták volna. A választási csalás miatt sikertelenül tiltakozó Fidesznek most lehetőségében állt volna, hogy a hazugsággal hatalmon maradt miniszterelnök és külügyminisztere által aláírt szerződésre nemmel szavaz, és akár brüsszeli segítséggel kikényszeríti az európai normák magyarországi tiszteletben tartását, de nem éltek ezzel a lehetőséggel, inkább olvasatlanul ők is aláírták a szuverén Magyarországot gyakorlatilag megszüntető szerződést. (Megjegyzem, hogy hazánkban az önkormányzati képviselő testületek településük önrendelkezési jogát érintő kérdésekben népszavazást kötelesek kiírni.)
Kérjük a Tisztelt Bíróságot, állapítsa meg, hogy a Magyar Köztársaság szempontjából a Lisszaboni Szerződés érvénytelen!
Magyarország az elmúlt történelmi időszakban létezésének határmezsgyéjére került. Mára egy megcsonkolt, kifosztott nemzetté vált, amely maradék javaiért olyanokkal kénytelen versenyezni, akik történelmileg szerencsésebb helyzetből indulhattak, és akikben nincs annyi sportszerűség sem, hogy egészségesként ne a paraolimpiai játékokról vigyék el az összes trófeát.
Magyarország polgárainak a nemzetközi jogi normák szerint is joguk van saját sorsuk irányításába való beleszólásra, melyre a jelenlegi illegitim, az ország kifosztásában résztvevők által kreált „Alkotmány” nem nyújt lehetőséget.
A Magyar Nemzet sorsa jobbra fordítása érdekében már minden békés eszközzel megpróbálkozott. Eredményt próbálkozásaink nem hoztak. Kifosztva, idegen hatalmak által megszállva, rohamosan fogyva élünk Európa közepén.
Ezért kérjük a Tisztelt Bíróságot, mondja ki nemzetünk önrendelkezéshez való jogát, hogy azzal élhessünk, mielőtt eltűnnénk a történelem süllyesztőjében.

Gyurcsány Ferenc teljes balatonőszödi beszédének írott változata
2006. május 26-án hangzott el Őszödön
„Az, amit el tudtam nektek mondani, itt egy órában, sőt talán több is volt, mint egy óra, az természetesen nem az egész politikánk, az természetesen nem képes magában foglalni egy sor dolgot, amelyet meg kell tenni, és nem képes visszaadni az egyébként szükséges kommunikációnak azt a sokrétűségét, ami kell a sikerhez. Ezzel együtt is a figyelmeztetést és a tanácsokat ez ügyben köszönjük szépen. Ha őszinte vagyok hozzátok, akkor azt tudom mondani, hogy tele vagyunk kétségekkel, hogy a magabiztosság mögött ott van az őrlődés és a gyötrődés. Egészen pontosan tudom, hogy mindaz, amit csinálunk, az nem lesz tökéletes. Hogy egy sor ügyben fogalmam sincsen, hogy melyik, nem a hatodik lépés, még a harmadikat sem tudom. Tudom az első kettőt. És egyszerre kell megpróbálni előrevinni ezeket az ügyeket, fenntartani közöttünk az együttműködést, a jóhiszeműséget, biztosítani a koalíciós partner támogatását, fölkészíteni a legbefolyásosabb lapok vezetőit és vezető publicistáit, hogy mire számíthatnak, bevonni őket ebbe a folyamatba. Megtanulni nem fölszisszenni minden pillanatban és menni előre. Dehogy tudom kiszámolni minden lépésünknek a következményét. Nem tudjuk! Nincsen ennyi kapacitásunk. Azt az igazság, hogy csak reggel 7 órától éjjelig dolgozik az egész csapat, és hiába, egy pont után nem lehet szélesíteni. Nem tudjuk 12-15 embernél többen körülülni azt az asztalt, amelynél meg kell állapodni kormányzati emberekkel, minisztériumi emberekkel meg szakértőkkel. Nem tudjuk. Ennyi tehetségünk van gyerekek!
Amit meg lehetett csinálni az elmúlt egy hónapban, azt megtettük. Amit az azt megelőző hónapokban titokban meg lehetett csinálni úgy, hogy nehogy a választási kampány utolsó heteiben előkerüljenek olyan papírok, hogy mire készülünk, azt megtettük. Úgy őriztük a titkot, hogy miközben tudtuk, és ti is tudtátok, hogy ha el fog jönni a választási győzelem, utána nagyon neki kell állni, hogy soha ilyen problémánk nem volt. Úgy őriztük a politikai egységet tavaly nyár óta, és mögötte mondjuk a szakmapolitikai egységet, mint soha az elmúlt években. Vagy talán sose. Természetesen mindaz, amit tudunk, az anyagaink kidolgozottsági foka, hagy maga után kívánnivalót. Igen, igazatok van. Pontosan tudjuk mi azt, hogy rengeteg kockázattal nézünk szembe. Amikor azt mondjátok nekem, hogy vigyázzunk oda, mert az Alkotmánybíróság visszaküldhet dolgokat, tudjuk mi ezt. Nem baj, hogy mondjátok, de higgyétek el, tudjuk. Egy nagyon szűk csapat dolgozik Petrétei Jóska mögött, mert hogy nem engedhetjük be a minisztérium egészére ebbe a fázisban még, 5-6-7 ember reggeltől éjszakáig, a szó legszorosabb értelmében, hogy nehogy baj legyen.
Őrületbe kergetjük egymást bizonyos pontokon, hogy összeszedjük a szükséges mennyiségű pénzt a kollegákkal, hanem amikor mennek a politikai egyeztetések, húzzatok már a [khmm] ezzel! Gyerünk előre! Nincsen sok választás. Azért nincsen, mert elkúrtuk. Nem kicsit, nagyon. Európában ilyen böszmeséget még ország nem csinált, amit mi csináltunk. Meg lehet magyarázni, nyilvánvalóan végig hazudtuk az utolsó másfél-két évet. Teljesen világos volt, hogy amit mondunk, az nem igaz. Annyival vagyunk túl az ország lehetőségein, hogy azt, mi azt nem tudtuk korábban elképzelni, hogy ezt a Magyar Szocialista Párt és a liberálisok közös kormányzása valaha is megteszi. És közben egyébként nem csináltunk semmit négy évig. Semmit. Nem tudtok mondani olyan jelentős kormányzati intézkedést, amire büszkék lehetünk azon túl, hogy a szarból visszahoztuk a kormányzást a végére. Semmit. Ha el kell számolni az országnak, hogy mit csináltunk négy év alatt, akkor mit mondunk?
Természetesen a dolog az nem szépen, nyugodtan, aprólékosan felépített. Nem. Nem. Őrült lóhalálában készül, mert egy darabig nem csinálhattuk, nehogy kiderüljön, most meg már olyan rohadtul kell csinálnunk, hogy majdnem belegebedünk. Aztán lassan fölbukunk. Mert nem bírjuk jobbra a tempót. Ez a helyzet. Közben meg kell állapodni még a szabaddemokratákkal, meg még miniszteri problémák, meg ismeritek. Nézzétek, a dolog az úgy áll, hogy a legrövidebb távon nincsen választás. Veres Janinak igaza van. Lehet még egy picikét itt tesza-toszáskodni, de nem sokat. Gyorsan eljött az igazság pillanata. Az isteni gondviselés, a világgazdaság pénzbősége, meg trükkök százai, amiről nyilvánvalóan nektek nem kell tudni, segítette, hogy ezt túléljük. Nincsen tovább. Nincsen. És persze még gondolkodhatunk nagyon sokáig, meg [khmm] sok elemzést el lehet végezni, hogy melyik társadalmi csoportot hogy fogja végezni. Azt tudom nektek mondani, nem tudunk még hetekig elemezni gyerekek. Nem tudunk. Az első nap meg kell mondani, hogy mit kell csinálni azért, hogy ebből még idén kiigazítás legyen. Hogy szeptember elsejétől bizonyos adójogszabályok életbe léphessenek. Elemezgethetek én még egy pár hétig, aztán majd jönnek, akiknek az a szakmájuk, és azt mondják, hogy ők már elemezték. Magyarország le van írva.
Ezért annak az előrebocsátásával, amit csinálunk, az messze nem tökéletes, nem tudok nektek B verziót mondani. Aki a Magyar Szocialista Párt környékén befolyásos véleményformáló makrogazdasági ügyekben, Kornaitól Bokrosig, Békéstől Surányiig, Vértestől a jó ég tudja kicsodáig, azokkal végig beszéltük, végig szenvedtük, végig üvöltöztük. És azt is meg kell mondjam nektek, hogy nagyon sok nagy ötlettel találkozom. Hű, a hétszázát neki! És kiderül, hogy még a legnagyobbak is, a legtöbbre tartottak is százmilliárdos nagyságrendű tévedésekben vannak. Vessünk ki ingatlanadót mindenkire! Tudjátok, hogy mennyi jön be ingatlanadóból, ha minden ingatlant megadóztatunk, ami ötmillió forintnál drágább? Alacsony értékhatárt mondtam, nem százmilliót. Ötöt. És egyébként még odaadjuk az önkormányzatoknak azt az 52 milliárdot, ami a kommunális adóból bejön, mert akkor azt oda kell nekik adni, az az ő bevételük. Az egész sztorinak az egyenlege kevesebb, mint 20 milliárd forint.
Magyarország talán legbefolyásosabb üzletembere Demján Sándor. Hatalmas nagy hanggal, hogy Ferikém, olvasom a Sarközy tanulmányban, hogy ha minden háttérintézményt bezárunk, akkor 700-800 milliárd forintot fogunk megtakarítani. Mondom Sanyikám, normális vagy te? Hát legalább te tudhatnál számolni, áldjon meg a jó isten! Odajön Surányi Gyuri barátunk, hogy ő neki megvan, hogyan kell átalakítani úgy a minimálbér adómentességét, hogy közben fent lehessen tartani az igazságosságot. És dolgozunk sokáig vele. Vagy elküldi a papírját, amelyen kiszámolja, és kiderül, hogy minden nagyon jó, csak azt nem tudja, hogy létezik az adójóváírás intézménye ma Magyarországon, és azt is át kell alakítani, és az 230 milliárd forint összességében. Ja? Hát, ha a 200 milliárd forint benne van a pakkban, akkor úgy már nincsen megoldásunk. Általában sok jó ötlet van egészen addig, amíg nem kell számolni. Amikor számolni kell, akkor elfogy a tudomány. Általában sok kritika van, hogy a rendszer nem eléggé kerek, nem eléggé konzisztens, mindenkinek van ötlete, hogy akkor mit vegyünk ki belőle, hogy a maradék konzisztensebb legyen, és máris éppen csak harmadannyi pénz van, mint amennyit össze kell szedni. Ja, úgy én is tudok konzisztens rendszert. Csak az a problémám, hogy nem 50 milliárdot kell összeszedni, hanem nem mondom meg, hogy mennyit. Hát ez a baj. Ráadásul mindezt valahol úgy kell megtenni, hogy amit akarunk csinálni hosszú távon, azt ne keresztbe verje. Gyerekek, nem vagyunk tökéletesek! Egyáltalán nem. Nem is leszünk. Nem tudom nektek azt mondani, hogy minden rendben lesz. Azt tudom nektek mondani, amit mondtam az utolsó egy évben, hogy ami tisztességgel megcsinálható, ami a tehetségünkből kitelik, mert nem játszunk különleges meccseket, mert az energiáinkat nem arra fordítjuk, hogy egymással szarakodjunk, mert nincsenek külön érdekek, amik egyébként nem bírnák ki közöttünk a nyilvánosságot, mert nem valamit akarok veletek elintézni.
Az a csapat, akire rábíztátok ennek az oldalnak a vezetését, az a csapat képes nagyjából erre a teljesítményre. Képes nagyjából programot adni. Lehet, hogy van egy másik csapat, amelyik tud mást. Nem tudunk, nem tudunk ennél többet és ennél jobbat. Nem leszünk rá képesek. Ha belegebedünk, akkor se. Nagy munka van, tisztességes munka van egymás között, muszáj megcsinálni. Nem beszélek az Új Magyarországról, a fejlesztésekről, határon túli magyarokról, egyházakhoz fűződő kapcsolatokról és még ezer dologról, mert a nagyhoz képest ma nem ez a legfontosabb. Mindegyikben érdemi, jelentős és mély javaslataink lesznek. Egyik-másik meglepetést is fog okozni. De az egészhez képest, amit el kell döntenünk egymás között, nem ez a legfontosabb. Reform vagy bukás, nincs más. És amikor azt mondom, hogy bukás, akkor beszélek Magyarországról, beszélek a baloldalról, és nagyon őszintén mondom nektek, beszélek magamról is. És akarok most egyetlen egyszer mondani nektek három percet. Ezt legfeljebb még egyszer fogom én elmondani nektek.
Fantasztikus dolog politikát csinálni. Fantasztikus. Fantasztikus egy országot vezetni. Az utolsó másfél évet azért tudtam én személy szerint csinálni, mert egy dolog ambicionált, és egy dolog fűtött: visszaadni a baloldalnak a hitét, hogy megcsinálhatja, hogy nyerhet, hogy nem kell lehajtani a fejét ebben a [khmm] országban. Hogy nem kell beszarni Orbán Viktortól meg a jobboldaltól, és tanulja most már meg magát, nem ő hozzájuk mérni, hanem a világhoz. Ez adta a hitet, hogy miért érdemes ezt csinálni. Nagy dolog volt, imádtam, életem legjobb része volt. Most az adja, hogy történelmet csinálunk. Nem a történelem könyveknek, arra szarok, egyáltalán nem érdekel, hogy benne leszünk-e. Hogy én személy szerint egyáltalán nem érdekel. Csinálunk-e valami nagyot. Azt mondjuk-e, hogy a [khmm] rohadt életbe, jöttek pár napig, meg merték tenni, és nem szarakodtak azon, hogy hogy a francba lesz majd az útköltség elszámolásunk, [khmm] meg! Jöttek párak, akik nem szarakodtak azon, hogy akkor a megyei önkormányzatban lesz-e majd helyük, vagy nem. Hanem megértették, hogy másról szól ez a [khmm] ország! Hogy megértik azt, hogy azért érdemes politikusnak lenni itt a XXI. század elején, hogy csináljunk egy másik világot! Csak azért! Egzisztenciát lehet még találni sokat.
Tudom, hogy nekem ezt könnyű mondani. Tudom, ne vágjátok mindig a képembe! De csak ezért érdemes! Majdnem beledöglöttem, hogy másfél évig úgy kellett tenni, mintha kormányoztunk volna, ehelyett hazudtunk reggel, éjjel, meg este. Nem akarom tovább csinálni! Vagy megcsináljuk, és van hozzá egy emberetek, vagy mással kell csinálni! Soha egy darab interjút nem fogok adni akkor, amikor be fogom fejezni, hogy ha vitával fogunk elválni egymástól. Soha. Soha nem fogom a magyar baloldalt bántani. Soha. De csak azért érdemes csinálni, hogy hozzányúljunk a nagy dolgokhoz. Elmagyarázni és majd hosszú bizottságokban ücsörögni, és majd új munkabizottságot tartani, aztán majd kideríteni, hogy soha egyetlen egy törvényben nem tudunk megállapodni, mert újra csak azok a kompromisszumok születnek, ami lényegében a semmittevés kompromisszuma, hogy fönnmaradjon, amely eddig volt, mert minden más sérti valakinek az érdekét, ahhoz másik madame kell. Ez az én imádatomat nem fogja megváltoztatni. Egyáltalán nem. Én nem fogok naponta felállni. Volt ilyen minisztere Horn Gyulának is, aki mindig le akart mondani. Volt ilyen miniszterelnök-elődöm is, aki állandóan elmondta, hogy én nem ilyen pasi vagyok. Amíg van benne erő, és megyünk előre, addig igen, és egyszer meg nagyon csöndben elmegyek. Nem érdemes másért.
Mindenki döntse el magában, hogy 4-500 ezer forintért csinálja a dolgot, ami [khmm] fontos, különösen, ha az embernek már nincsen más szakmája, csak ez, tudom én. Hogy képes-e az elmúlt 15 év összes történetén felülemelkedni és megkötni új védeket, vagy azt gondolja, hogy ez is egy olyan négy év lesz, hogy a francba, túléltük az eddigit is, most is túl leszünk. Volt elég miniszterelnökünk, ezen a pasin is túl leszünk majd. Mi úgy is maradni szoktunk. Lehet, és azt is mondom, hogy ez egy legitim érvelés, és nem is bánt. Egyáltalán nem. Egyáltalán nem. Van ebben a frakcióban nem egy miniszterelnöknek alkalmas ember. Én azt mondom, hogy vegyen mindenki nagy levegőt, igyon [khmm] sok bort, aludjon egy-két éjszakát és döntse el magában, ha mindenki csak ugyanazt tudja mondani, amit az elmúlt években mindig mondott, és nem jut el odáig, hogy na, a franc egye meg, lehet, hogy mást kell mondani, mint amit mondtam öt éven keresztül, mert láthatólag soha nem tudtunk megállapodni egymással. Mert ha mind a 190 ugyanazokat a mondatokat mondja, mint amit az elmúlt években mondott, akkor ugyanúgy nem fog történni semmi, mert ugyanúgy nem tudunk megállapodni. [khmm] meg, ugyan nem értek egyet, de elengedem először. Csinálják!
Máskor meg azt, másik engedje el, hogy hadd csinálhassa. Az nem reform, hogy a többiek változzanak meg. Az nem reform, hogy egyébként kiállunk és mondjuk a népnek a mantrát. Az a reform, hogy hajlandóak vagyunk mi is egy sor ponton átértékelni mindazt, amit eddig gondoltunk és tettünk. És ehhez képest az első hónapoknak a dolga, a kiigazítás dolga, az csak szimpla kényszer. Be kell valljam. Ott tévedtek, ha azt hiszitek, hogy van választásotok. Nincsen. Nekem sincs. Ma legfeljebb az a választás, hogy megpróbáljuk befolyásolni, hogy mi történik, vagy rá fog omlani, a francba. A megoldás biztosan nem tökéletes, igazatok van. Biztosan nem. Csak nem tudunk jobbat. Olyat, amiben meg tudunk állapodni a szakma nagy részével, akivel el tudjuk fogadtatni a piacokkal, el tudjuk fogadtatni a koalíciós partnerrel, és nálunk, akik ezt egy páran a tetején csinálják a Bélától a Veres Janiig, Kiss Pétertől az Ildikóig, Szekeres Imrétől a Hillerig, meg mondjuk velem, nagyjából elhisszük, hogy körülbelül jó. Mert ezeknek el kell hinni. Egyedül külön-külön tudunk mást is, csak nem külön-külön vagyunk, hanem ott ülünk tizenegy néhányan az asztal körül és el kell fogadni. Én azt gondolom, hogy meg lehet csinálni.
Azt gondolom, hogy lesznek konfliktusok gyerekek. Igen, lesznek. Lesznek tüntetések, lesznek. Lehet tüntetni a Parlament előtt, előbb-utóbb megunják, hazamennek. Csak akkor lehet végigcsinálni, ha a lényegben hisznek és a lényegben van egyetértés. Kikerülni a konfliktusokat, önmagunk között, megijedni attól, hogy egyébként sértünk érdekviszonyokat, akkor nem szabad elkezdeni. Nem szabad. Semmihez nem ragaszkodunk, úgy nem igaz, hogy én ahhoz ragaszkodom, hogy van egyvalami a fejemben, hogy annak kell lenni az egészségügyben, annak kell lenni, az izé. Dehogy! Én ezeket a beszélgetéseket szervezem, mediálom. Nyitom ki a pasikat, hogy mondják el, hogy mi van bennük Nem diktálom, nem igaz. Ha diktálom, akkor, amikor le akarnak lassulni, és nem akarnak megállapodni. Hogy gyerünk a hétszázát, előre! Ezt tartom a dolgomnak. És amiben megállapodtunk, akkor ne engedjem, hogy lelassuljanak. Nem arról szól, hogy nekem van egy A-Z-ig megírt forgatókönyvem Magyarországra, és azt mondom, hogy ki fogom belőletek verni. Francot! Van A-Z-ig forgatókönyvem, hogy hogyan lehet a szocialistákban ott lévő hihetetlen energiát arra fölhasználni, hogy az országot megváltoztassák, hogy tegyék már bele, hogy legyenek már úrrá végre a kishitűségükön meg a régi igazságaikon. Arra van! Aztán, amikor nem bírom, akkor meg kiabálok egyet. Nincsen személyes sztorim ebben az ügyben. Egyáltalán nincsen. Nagy dolgot kaptam ettől, amit a másfél évben csinálhattam. Azt a személyes sztorim, hogy változtassuk meg ezt a [khmm] országot, mert ki fogja megváltoztatni, Orbán Viktor fogja megváltoztatni a csapatával?
Vagy C változat, nem történik semmi, el lehet még így egy darabig lébecolni. Persze, hogy bonyolult az egészségügynek a dolga. De hát amelyikünk bemegy egy egészségügyi intézménybe, tudja, hogy hazugságok sokaságára épül. Persze, hogy az oktatásban borzasztóan nehéz bármihez hozzányúlni, de igen, azt látjuk, hogy nem egyenlően osztja a tudást széjjel. Valamelyikőtök mondta - az Arató Gergely -, az mégiscsak a legnagyobb igazságtalanság kérem szépen, hogy a magyar oktatási rendszer egyik oldalról a köztünk lévő társadalmi különbségeket fölerősíti, nem gyengíti, aztán még szegregál is. Hát ez az igazi nagy probléma! Ez a nagy gond! És az a nagy gond, hogy azoknak adjuk az ingyenes állami oktatást kérem szépen, akik a legjobb családokból jönnek! Hát ehhez képest nem az a botrány, hogy ki kell fizetni 3 százalékonként. Ha van társadalmi botrány, akkor az, hogy a felső tízezer termeli magát újra közpénzen! Mi meg ezt nem merjük kimondani, és be vagyunk szarva, hogy azt mondjuk, hogy egyébként, ha hét százalék, akkor tessék fizetni. Ne áltassuk itt egymást, ez az igazi botrány! Az az igazi botrány, ahogy a Laci beszél az ő cigány embereinek, annak tized olyan jó minőségű egészségügyi szolgáltatás jut, mint nekem! És mióta az anyámnak, ismerik a nevét, azóta neki is jobb jut, a [khmm] életbe! Nem tudta, hogy mi történt, megjavult az egészségügyi rendszer fiam? Mondom, egy lószart mama! Az az igazság, hogy fölismerik a nevedet! Ez botrány! Ehhez képest, társadalmi értelemben a vizitdíj semmi, az nem botrány, az kényelmetlen politikailag. Meg kifizetni. Meg politikailag lehet súlyos következménye, de őszintén szólva, ez a következmény legfeljebb bennünket érint, ha idióták vagyunk. A társadalmi következménye az meg mindenkit érint. Mi azért nem merünk hozzányúlni egy sor nyilvánvaló társadalmi hazugsághoz, mert félünk a ránk ható politikai következményektől. De hölgyeim, és uraim! Ez egy pár száz embernek meg a családjának, meg az ismerőseinek a problémája, a miénk. De nem azért kell politikusnak lenni, mert ebből olyan [khmm] jól meg lehet élni, mert már elfelejtettük, hogy milyen autófényezőnek lenni! Hanem azért, mert meg akarjuk ezeket oldani.
És egyébként pedig épp az az elmúlt négy évnek a tapasztalata, épp az Horn Gyula kormányzásának tapasztalata, hogy nem abba szoktak belebukni emberek, ha valamit csinálnak, meg ha nem csinálnak. Francba is, mibe is akkor? El kell indulni, tudni kell, hogy mit akarunk csinálni! Irtózatos lesz az első pár év, persze. Teljesen érdektelen, hogy 20 százaléka a lakosságnak fog ránk szavazni. Tavaly nyáron az utolsó nyolc évben először a 100 emberből a Szonda szerint csak 18 mondta, hogy ránk fog szavazni. Tavaly nyáron gyerekek. Egy évvel később nyertünk. Mi lenne, hogy ha nem az egymás közötti faszkodást miatt veszítenénk el a népszerűségünket, hanem mert csinálunk nagy társadalmi ügyeket, és nem probléma, hogy elveszítjük akkor egy időre a támogatásunkat, aztán majd visszaszerezzük. Mert megértik. És el lehet majd menni vidékre nyugodtan, hogy megcsináltuk, a hétszázát. Hogy nem lett mindenkinek jobb, igazuk van. De neki, meg neki, meg neki, meg kollégiumok épültek ebben a nyüves országban végre újra. Erről szól a politika. Nem arról, hogy melyikünkből lesz kerületi polgármester meg hány helyettese lesz. Fontos az is persze, tudom én. Nem vagyok naiv. De nincs benn az ország első száz legfontosabb ügyében, és mi döntjük el, hogy melyikkel foglalkozunk. Mi! És az ország azt gondolom, hogy megérdemelné, meg mi magunk is, hogy ilyen dolgokat csináljunk. Szóval, azt tudom nektek mondani, hogy álljunk neki, csináljuk meg, sok igazságotok van a figyelmeztetésben, a féltésben, a részletek ügyében. Csak azt tudom, hogy nem fogok játszani semmilyen játszmát. Sem így, sem így, tesszük a dolgunkat. Amíg nagy tempóval lehet menni előre, addig megyünk. Ha nem lehet menni és elmagyarázzátok, hogy reform igen, de, ahhoz én nem kellek, ahhoz más kell. És írok majd [khmm] jó könyveket a modern magyar baloldalról. Gyerekek, kell még valamit mondanom Ildikó?"

Honourable International Court of Justice,
I the undersigned Árpád Kásler (date of birth: 1 July 1972, place of birth: Déva, mother’s maiden name: Emilia Lukács, citizenship: Hungarian, personal identity number: 1720701 0231) as the representative of Labour Organization of Bank Debtors registered under No. 2817 by the Court of Justice of Békés County go to the Honourable International Court of Justice in Hague on behalf of the plaintiff with the following claim:
I. In the course of the past twenty years, Hungary has been harried and colonialized by the persons possessing themselves of the governance calling themselves „Hungarian Government and Parliament”. Therefore hereby I am lodging a complaint against them owing to their capital treason, exercising their power without any authorization, the institutionalized abstraction and expropriation of coffers as well as owing to the continuous committal of antipopular actions in confraternity of crime.
Reasons for judgement

1./ Hungary lost its independence on 19 March 1944 when the German army marched to the territory of Hungary. After the Second World Was had come to the end, the Soviet Army occupied our country and this Army stayed in Hungary up to 30 June 1991.
The predecessor of the present “provisional” Constitution of Hungary was introduced in 1949. In spring of 1949, the dictatorship of the proletariat as well as the creation of the empire of working class with the peasantry in addition the building of socialism were indicated by the Hungarian Independent People’s Front as their purposes. Merely the Hungarian candidates lackeying the Soviet Union were allowed to take part in the elections in 1949. As a consequence of the changes taken place in the power during the Soviet occupation, the political system and government underwent an entire transformation in 1949. This situation manifested itself in the Law No. XX of 1949 (in the Constitution) as well that was compiled by taken the Buharin Constitution as a basis by the background-support of the Soviet Army being stationed at Hungary “temporarily”.
2./ After a dictatorship lasting for 40 years, the results of negotiations carried on between the National Round Table established by the new Parties being almost void of members and the Hungarian Socialist Workers’ Party were ratified by the Parliament of the Bolshevik nomenclature in the month following the agreement signed on 18 September 1989 in Hungary led by János Kádár. The majority of agreements were approved in an unchanged form. To pinnacle this process, the Hungarian Republic was proclaimed on 23 October 1989 from the balcony of the Houses of Parliament by Mátyás Szűrös.
The secretary general of the Communist Party of Soviet Union Mihail Gorbacsov proclaimed the “perestroika” resulting in the disintegration of the Soviet Union, the Warsaw Treaty as well as of the Council of Mutual Economic Assistance. As a result, it became possible for the independent nation-states to reconstitute their constitutional system but it didn’t happen in Hungary! Hungary is the only country among the ex-socialist countries where a Constitution exists that was compiled during a military occupation. In 1989, the earlier system was changed only in political sense but not in constitutional sense.
3./ Pursuant to the Hungarian conception, the Constitution is not dictated at will by the actual political power. The constitutional legitimacy of power does not rely upon a legality having a majority principle but it aims at meeting the eternal cultural, constitutional human truth and constitutional values.
4./ The Holy Crown was delivered to Hungary in 1978 and this action has brought up the possibility and responsibility of the re-evaluation and handling of the Hungarian historical public rights in accordance with the legal forms and values valid in Western Europe. It is an elementary pretension that the Holy Crown of Hungary shall recognize as an eternal subject of law as a special personality of the state representing the completeness of chief power and suitable for creating and maintaining the social peace and equilibrium.
5./ Pursuant to the “Constitution”, the earlier representatives of the communist power excluded the people of Hungary from the system of government. The oligarchy obtaining the power after 1945, legalized itself even in 1989. It means that the criminal acts and other non-legal actions committed by the communist power became forfeited so the indebtedness of the state or the nationalisation and later the spontaneous privatization became legal and undisputable in legal sense. The change of political system did not start with a constitutionally “clean sheet”. As they wanted to make the past system legal afterwards, they did not give the constitutional possibility to the community for improving or changing some matters in order of the persistence. Though the present system disapproves the old system verbally, it undertakes a legal continuity with it by its actions.
It is requested that the deforciants of rights and power without authorization are arraigned at the International Court of Justice in Hague.
II. Hereby I am lodging a complaint against the representatives signing the Lisbon Treaty from the part of Hungary; the aforementioned representatives didn’t have the
legitimacy necessary for signing any international treaties therefore they are treasonists.
Reasons for judgement
1./ In spring of 2006, there were elections in Hungary. Before the elections, the freemen were not informed about the real situation therefore they were unable to decide in accordance with the reality; the government kept back the state of budget by referring to the fact that the results of election could be influenced by publishing the real data. The inhabitants were informed about the painful data only after the election resulting in victory for the government. (The manipulation by misrepresentation during the elections is determined as a criminal act by point e) of section No. 211 of Criminal Code. Prime Minister Ferenc Gyurcsány as well as the Chancellor of the Exchequer János Veres often announced in the media before the elections that they would not inform the inhabitants about the state of budget as well as about the situation of unemployment therefore they committed the criminal act of gerrymander and the criminal act of manipulating the elections by misrepresentation.)
The FIDESZ – i.e. the Party in Opposition which lost the election - initiated an action owing to the gerrymander but it didn’t conduce to a result.
2./ On 17 September 2006, the speech having told by the prime minister Ferenc Gyurcsány in Balatonöszöd one month after the elections was published in the press (Appendix No. 1). In his speech, Ferenc Gyurcsány told that he had told lies, he had tried to suggest that the ministry led by him administered and by using a lot of different tricks, had tried to suggest that the country was stabile. The left-liberal political party kept the power in Hungary such a way that they used means that do not conform to the European norms. The publication of the speech resulted in disorders in the capital. The remonstrances were smashed by the police by a brutal aggression – this aggression could be seen by the leaders of EU member-states as well because – owing to the high risk - the foreign delegations left untimely the gala organized in October 2006 for celebrating the anniversary of 1956. (In spite of this fact, the leaders of these member-states accepted the aforementioned Hungarian leaders obtaining the power by tricks and aggression as negotiating partners; this fact poses the question of responsibility of the administration affairs of EU as well as the responsibility of the leaders of the other member-states).
3./ The Lisbon Treaty was practically accepted and approved by the representatives of Hungarian Parliament by common consent – without referendum - before reading the authentic translation. The FIDESZ raising an objection to the gerrymander unsuccessfully now would have had the opportunity for voting by “not” to the Treaty signed by the prime minister and the foreign minister keeping their power by lying and for enforcing the respecting of the European norms in Hungary but they missed this opportunity; they signed the Treaty eliminating practically the sovereign Hungary without reading it. (Hereby I would like to note that in our country, the body of representatives of self governments are obliged to announce a referendum for the questions concerning the autonomy of their settlement).
The Honourable Court of Justice is kindly requested to state that the Lisbon Treaty is invalid from the point of view of the Republic of Hungary.
In the last historical period, Hungary attained to the confine of its existence. Nowadays our country has become a truncated, unpeeled nation and has nothing for it but to compete for the remaining possessions with such countries that could start from a more favourable situation historically and that don’t have any sportsmanship i.e. they try to take all the trophies from the Para-Olympic Games as healthy nations.
Pursuant to the norms of the international law, the citizens of Hungary have the right to intromit in the direction of their own destiny but the present illegitimate “Constitution” created by the persons taking part in the sacking of our country does not give any possibility for it.
The Hungarian Nation has already attempted to use all the peaceful means in order to improve its destiny. These attempts were of no avail. We live in the middle of Europe as an unpeeled nation occupied by foreign empires in addition the population of the Hungarian Nation decreases apace.
Referring to the aforementioned facts, the Honourable Court of Justice is kindly requested to express the autonomy of our nation in order that we can use this right before disappearing in the sink of history.

Appendix No. 1. The complete written version of the speech told by Ferenc Gyurcsány in Balatonöszöd
It was passed in Öszöd on 26 May 2006
“Whatever I could tell you in the last one hour – nay it has been more than one hour – is of course not the whole of our politics, it is not able to include a host of things that must be done and it is not able to reflect the diversity of communication necessary for the success. Along with this, thank you very much for the warning and advices referring to this subject. If I am sincere with you I can say that we are full of doubts and that there is torment and anguish behind the self-assurance. I know exactly that all that we are doing will not be perfect. I have no clue what the sixth step is but I don’t even know the third one in a series of issues. I merely know the firs two. And we must try to take these issues forward simultaneously to maintain the cooperation and bona fide between us, to assure the support of the coalition partner, to prepare the managers and leading publicists of the most influential newspapers about what they can count on, to involve them in the process. To learn not to cry out in pain every moment and go on forward. It is not possible for me to predict the consequences of all our steps. It is impossible! We don’t have that much capacity. The truth is that the whole team works only from 7 a.m. to night and it cannot be expanded more after a certain point. It is impossible to sit round the table with more than 12-15 people where we have to come to an agreement with governmental people, ministerial people and experts. We cannot do it. This is the amount of talent we have, guys.
We did everything that could have been done during the past one month. We did whatever was possible to do in secret in the preceding months, making sure that official documents on what we were preparing for would not surface in the last weeks of the election campaign. We kept the secret while we knew and you knew as well that if the election victory comes, we will have to settle down to work seriously and that we have never had such a problem. Since last summer, we have been preserving our political unity and – behind it – let’s say, our professional political unity as never before in the recent years. Or even never. Obviously, everything we know i.e. the level of elaboration of our materials leaves much room for improvement. Yes, you are right. We know exactly that we are facing a lot of risks. When you are telling me that we should be aware because the constitutional Court might send stuff back, we know it. It isn’t a problem that you are telling it, however believe it, we know it. A very close team is working behind Jóska Petrétei because we cannot let it out in the whole of ministry in this phase. 5-6-7 people are working from morning to night in order to avoid any problems.
At certain points, we drive each other crazy to collect the necessary amount of money with our colleges but when the political reconciliations are going on, go to fucking hell with that. Let’s move on. There is no much choice. There is not because we have fucked it up. Not a little but a lot. No European Country has done something as bone-headed as we have. It can be explained, obviously we have lied throughout the past one and a half-two years. It was quite clear that it was not true what we were saying. We are beyond the country’s possibilities to such an extent that we could not conceive earlier that a joint government of the Hungarian socialist Party and the liberals would ever do. And in the meanwhile, otherwise we did not do anything for four years. Nothing. You cannot mention any significant government measures that we can be proud of, apart from the fact that in the end we managed to get governance out of the shit. Nothing. What are we going to say in case if we have to give an account to the country of what we have done in four years?
Naturally, the government’s work is not constructed nicely, calmly or scrupulously. No. No. It has been being prepared in a mortal hurry because we could not do it for a while in case it came to a light and now we have to do it so damned desperately that we are almost at the breaking point. And then we slowly end up falling over. Because we cannot do better in keeping up the pace. It is the situation. And in the meanwhile, we have to agree with the Free Democrats because of the ministerial problems and you know that. Look, the point is that there are no options in the shortest term. Jani Veres is right. It is possible to dither a little longer but not a much. The moment of truth has arrived quickly. Divine providence, the abundance of cash in the world economy and hundreds of tricks which you obviously don’t need to know about, have helped us to survive this. It cannot go on. Cannot. And of course, we can ponder for a long time and a fucking load of analyses can be done as to how any of the social groups will end up with this. I can tell you that we are unable to analyse the situation for weeks, guys. We cannot do it. On the first day we must tell what it is necessary to be done to ensure that an adjustment can be made this year. That certain tax regulations can be implemented on 1 September. I can go on analyzing for some weeks then others who are doing it as their profession say that they have already analyzed it. Hungary is written down.
So premising what we do is far from being perfect, I cannot tell you a “B” version. We have discussed, suffered, yelled this topic through with whoever influential opinion-shaper around the Hungarian Socialist Party in macroeconomy-related matters, from Kornai to Bokros, from Békesi to Surányi, from Vértes to heaven-knows-who. And I must tell you as well that I meet a lot of great ideas. Oh, gosh! And it turns out that even the greatest ones, the most respected ones make mistakes in the order of hundreds of billion. Let’s lay a residential property tax on everyone! Do you know how much income it gets in from a residential property tax in case if we tax every real estate that worth more that 5 million HUF? I stated a low value limit, not a hundred million, but five. And otherwise we give the 52 billion HUF that comes in from communal tax to the self governments as we have to give it to them – it is their income. The whole balance of the story is less than 20 billion HUF.
The most influential businessman of Hungary, Sándor Demján comes with an extremely loud voice, saying: “Feri, my dear fellow, I have just read in the Sárközi-report that in case if we close each background institution, we will save 700-800 billion HUF. I say: “Sanyi, my dear fellow, are you out of your mind?! At least you could know how to do calculations for god’s sake! There comes our fellow Gyuri Surányi and he says that he got the idea how the tax immunity of statutory minimum wage can be modified by preserving the social justice. And we keep working on it for a long time. Or he sends his document with the results of calculation and it turns out that everything is perfect with the exception that he does not know that the system of tax credit exists in Hungary today and it is necessary to change this system as well – it is 230 billion HUF as a whole. Oh yeah? We do not have a solution in case if this 200 billion HUF is involved in the calculations. In general, there are lots of good ideas as long as calculations do not have to be done. If calculations need to be done, then one runs out of wisdom. Generally there is a lot of criticism that the system is not complete enough it is not self-consistent enough, everybody has ideas what to take out from it then in order to let the remaining be more consistent and then we end up with roughly one third of the money that must be collected, instead. I can also be consistent such a way. My only problem is that it is not 50 billion HUF that must be collected, instead, I am not telling how much. Now it is the greatest problem. Moreover the whole thing must be done somehow on a way that it does not interfere with what we are willing to do in long term. Guys, we are not perfect. We are not perfect at all. We will not be either. I cannot say to you that everything will be OK. I can tell you what I have been saying in the past one year. We will do what can be carried out decently, what comes out from our talent, because we do not play special games, because we do not spend our energy on bullshitting with each other, because none has private interests, which otherwise would not stand publicity among us, because I am not willing to arrange anything with you.
The team that has been entrusted by the leadership of this side is roughly capable to accomplish this task. This team is roughly able to define a programme. Maybe there is another team that can do something else. We cannot, we cannot do anything more or better than this. We will not be capable of it. Even if we work ourselves into the ground. We are doing a huge and decent job among ourselves. We must do it. I am not going to speak about the New Hungary, the developments, the Hungarian people living beyond the border, the relationship with churches or another thousand things because they are not the most important things compared to the great, comprehensive picture. We will have substantial, significant and profound proposals on each. One or two of them will cause a surprise as well. But it is not the most important one compared to the whole which we have to decide among ourselves. Reform or failure – there is nothing else. And when I say “failure”, I am talking about Hungary, about the left side and I very honestly tell you I am talking about myself as well. And I want to speak only once for three minutes. I will only repeat it once at most.
It is a fantastic thing to do politics. Fantastic. It is a fantastic thing to rule a country. Personally I have been able to do it in the last one and a half year as one thing has given me the ambition and fuelled me: to give back the left its faith, that it can do it and it can wing. That the left does not have to lower its head in this fucking country. That it does not have to shit its pants from Viktor Orbán or the right and it should now learn to measure itself not against hem but against the world. It has given me the faith why it is worth doing this. It was a great thing, I loved it, it was the best part of my life. Now the faith comes from the fact that we make history. Not for the history books, I do not give a shit about them, I do not at all care whether we or I personally will be in them. I do not at all care. Will we do anything great? Are we going to say: “God-damn, some people have come for some days who dared to do it and did not fart around with how they would deal with the travel expenses, fuck it.” Some people came who did not fart around whether they would have a place in the self government because they understood that this fucking country is about something else. They can understand that the reason it is worth being a politician here at the beginning of the 21st century is to create a different world. Exclusively for it. Livelihood can be found in many different ways.
I know that it is easy for me to say. I know it well, please do not keep smacking it into my face all the time. But it is the only reason it is worth doing it. I almost perished because I had to pretend for one and a half year that we were governing. Instead, we lied in the morning, at noon and at night. I don’t want to do it any more. Either we do it and you have a person for it or someone else will do it. In case if we separate from each other in argument, I will never give a single interview at the end. Never. I will never hurt the Hungarian left. Never. But it is only worth doing it in order to touch the great, comprehensive issues. It is necessary to find another madam for explaining it and then sitting on long committee meetings and then holding a new work committee and then finding it out that never on a single law we can make an agreement because only those compromises are being resulted again that is the compromise of idleness, to preserve what there was before. Because everything else trespasses upon somebody’s interest. It won’t change my adoration, not at all. I won’t stand up every day. Gyula Horn had a minister of such a type who wanted to resign all the time. I had this kind of prime minister predecessor who was saying all the time that I am not that kind of guy. I will stay until there is force in it and we keep moving forward and then once I shall sneak away in a deep silence. It is not worth doing it for anything else.
Everybody should decide to oneself whether he/she is doing it for 400-500 thousand HUF which is fucking important, especially if one does not have any profession other than this, I know. Whether one will be able to move beyond the events of the last 15 years or one thinks that this will be similar four years again that yeah god-damn, we have survived the former one so far, we will get over this one as well. We had enough prime ministers, oh, we will get over this guy as well. We used to stay anyway. Maybe and I tell you that this is a legitimate argument and it does not even hurt my feelings, not at all. Not at all. There are more people in this fraction who are eligible to be a prime minister. I tell you to take a deep breath, drink a fucking large amount of wine, sleep on it for a couple of nights and make up your minds. If everybody can say only what has always been said in the past years and does not get to say „well, damn it maybe I have to say something else than I used to say for five years because we could not come to an agreement with each other”. Because if all the 190 socialist representatives say the same sentences that have been said in the past years, then similarly, nothing is going to happen because we similarly won’t be able to come to an agreement. Fuck it, although I don’t agree, I let it go. Let them do it.
Another time the other let it go, to let them do it. It is not a reform to expect the others to change. It is not a reform either that we stand out and keep telling the people the mantra. The reform is that we are willing to reassess everything we have thought and done before in many aspects. Compared to this, the matter of the first months, the matter of the adjustment is just a simple constraint. I must admit it to you. You are wrong at the point if you believe that you have a different choice. You don’t have. Neither do I. Today the choice is that we try to influence what is happening or it will damn fall on us. You are right, this solution is not perfect, surely not, but we don’t know a better way. Such that we can make an agreement on with the majority of the professional sector, that we can make the markets accept, that we can make the coalition partner accept and we sho do it on the top form Béla to Jani Veres, from Péter Kiss to Ildikó, from Imre Szekeres to Hiller believe that it is somehow good. Because we have to believe in them. Alone, separately we can do other things as well but we are not separate, instead some ten of us are sitting around the table and we have to accept is. I think that it can be done.
I think there will be conflicts, guys. Yes, there will be. There will be protests, there will be. It is allowed to protest in front of the Parliament, sooner or later the people will get bored of it and go home. It can only be carried out if you believe in the substance and there is an agreement in the substance. It must not start in case if we want to avoid the conflicts, if we are afraid of the fact that otherwise we trespass interests. It not ought to be started in this case. We don’t insist on anything, it is not true that I insist on something I have in my mind that it has to be the way in the healthcare system that it has to be the way in...er. I organize these discussions, I mediate them. I open up the fellows in order to let them tell what they have inside. I don’t dictate. It is not true. I only dictate in case if they want to slow down and they don’t want to come to an agreement. I say ’get moving god-damn’. I think it is my job. And when we came to an agreement, not to let them slow down. It is not about that I have the scenario on Hungary from A to Z and I am saying that I will beat that out from you. Bullshit! I have a scenario from A to Z on how that huge amount of energy hidden inside the socialists can be used in changing the country, make them put into it, make them finally overcome their defentism and their old verities. I have a scenario on this. And when it finally gets too much for me, I shout it out. I don’t have a personal story in this matter, not at all. I got a great snitch from what I have had the opportunity to do in the last one and a half year. My personal story is to let us change this fucking country because who else is going to do it? Is it going to be Viktor Orbán with his team?
Or option C: nothing is going to happen. It is feasible to flounder further for a while. It is obvious that the matter of healthcare system is very complicated. But anybody who goes into a healthcare institution knows that it is built on a set of lies. Of course, it is very difficult to touch anything in the educational system but yes, we can see that it does not distribute the knowledge equally. Somebody among you – maybe it was Gergely Arató – said that after all it is the greatest injustice that the Hungarian educational system on the one hand amplifies the social differences between us, it does not attenuate them, moreover it segregates as well. And it is the really serious problem. This is the big concern. And the big concern is that we offer the free-of-charge public education to those – you know – who come from the best families. According to this it is not the scandal that it has to be paid in 3 percent instalments. If there is a scandal in the society then it is that the top ten thousand people reproduce themselves by using public money. And we do not dare to tell it and we shit ourselves to say that for that matter one should pay the 7 percent. Do not indulge ourselves here. This is the real scandal. The real scandal is that Laci is talking about, his gipsy men, they get tenth the quality of the healthcare service I get. And since my mother’s name is known, she also gets better healthcare service fuck me. She did not know what had happened. “Has the healthcare system improved, my son? I reply: “Bullshit, mom! The truth is that they recognize your name”. This is scandalous. Compared to this, in a social sense the admission for medical attention in nothing. It is not a scandal, it is unpleasant politically and to pay it. Because politically it can have heavy consequences. But frankly, this consequence only affects us if we are idiots. Its social consequence that touches everybody. We do not dare to touch a bunch of evident social lies because we are afraid of the political consequences affecting us. But ladies and gentlemen! This is the problem of a couple of hundred people and their families and their acquaintanceship. But one shouldn’t be a politician just because one can make a fucking good living from this. Because we have already forgotten how it is to be a car polisher. Instead it is because we want to solve these.
And otherwise it is just the last four years’ experience, it is just the experience of Gyula Horn’s governance that people use to fail not for doing something or not for doing nothing. To hell, for what then actually? We need to start going. We need to know what we want to do. The first couple of years will be direful of course. It is totally irrelevant that only 20 percent of the population is going to vote or us. Last summer, first time in the last eight years merely 18 out of 100 people said that they are going to vote for us according to Szonda. Last summer, guys! One year after we won. What if we didn’t lose our popularity because we are fucking each other but because we deal with great social matters? And id does not matter if we temporarily lose the support, our support of the public. After all we will regain it. Because they will understand it. And one can go to the countryside calmly, by knowing that we did it, god-damn. Hasn’t it become better everyone? They are right. But for him, and him, and her and there were dormitories built in this maggoty country once again. This is what politics is about. It is not about who is going to become a regional mayor, how many deputies one will have. It is also important, I know, I am not naive. But it is not in the most important one hundred problems of the country. And we are the ones to decide which one to take care of, we. And I think the country deserves it and we deserve it too to do such things. So what I can say to you is to start, is to do it. You have a lot of truth in warnings, in the fear for us, in matters on details. I can only say that I will play no games, neither this way, nor that way. We are doing our job. Until it is possible to go the pace, we go the pace. If it is not possible to go, and you explain it, that “Yes, but...” for that I think you do not need me. You need someone else for that. And I will write fucking good books about the modern Hungarian left. Guys! Do I need to say anything else, Ildikó?
